Session Guidelines

Please take a moment to read through before your session:

Arrival: Please plan to arrive 15–30 minutes early to park, get everyone settled, and take care of anything your family might need: like changing babies, fixing hair, or adjusting outfits. It’s important to be completely ready at your scheduled time since sessions are booked back-to-back.

Timing:
- If you’re 5 minutes late, your session will be shortened to 10 minutes.
- If you’re 15 minutes late, your spot may be moved to the end of the day if time allows, but it’s not guaranteed. If I cannot fit you in, you will lose your session and retainer.
– Once your time is booked, it cannot be changed. If you’re unable to make your scheduled time, the retainer is non-refundable as that spot is held specifically for you.

Be ready to start: Please arrive dressed and ready to go. Mini sessions are quick and fun, but there’s no time for outfit changes during your slot.

Props and setup: The setting will be a beautiful natural tree farm with a few simple Christmas props. You’re welcome to bring one small personal item (like a blanket, ornament, or small basket) if you’d like to make it your own.

Children & pets: If you’re bringing young children or pets, plan extra time to let them settle in. Bring wipes, snacks, or small comfort items to help them feel relaxed.

Rain Date/Weather: If rain or unsafe conditions occur, sessions will automatically move to Sunday, November 9. Please make sure you’re available for that day before booking.

Cancellations: The $50 retainer is non-refundable if you cannot make your session or the rain date, as I only take a limited number of bookings and each spot is reserved just for you.

Final gallery: Your edited photos will be delivered in an online gallery within 5 days.
